Back to the film, I saw it at a screening this past Tuesday and it was really good. It was very well-made and one thing I think I should point out is how appropriate it is for children. You definitely are touched with the emotional side of the story about the animals without the gory graphics. I think even with this "Plant a Tree" initiative, if the criticism lies in the fact that Disney is promoting this film, that is actually a wonderful thing. It was a film that audience's of all ages should watch. I would never be able to see all the animals and locations captured in this film, in even 5 lifetimes so it is a treat to be able to see it in 90 minutes.

We're pretty busy when it comes out but are going to try to get to the theaters. Count me as another who isn't really impressed by the 'plant a tree' promo. Why not plant the trees for every ticket sold while the movie is in theaters? The first week deadline kind of ruins the sentiment, for me. It makes me care *less* about seeing it during the first week.

This is a better experience than the television series, just because with the surround sound and the big screen that you get to watch the movie on. The music was really nice and fit well with the movie too.
