I've often tried to see what's going on backstage over there, but this is the first time I've ever seen anything with real detail. It's funny to see how very industrial it looks on the back, while trying to look 'natural' on the front. I also didn't realize that the leafy sides of the stage were curtains, or that they were actually see-through scrims. Neat stuff!

The concept art looks ineed different, especially the coaster.

I just hope that they find a good way to theme the exposed track, since Disney usually does such a good job of hiding it all I'm sad that they appear to have removed the mini Tower of the Four Winds recreation. It was a fun detail that would have provided a lot of motion and a focal point for the land I think the most exciting part about this project is that it will bring some green space to the park. More than any of the other WDW parks (even Epcot), the Studios has always felt particularly bleak with landscaping, so this land will certainly stand out from the rest of the park. It's almost impossible to imagine, compared to what's in that area now

Since they are themed after real movie studios, they look like concrete deserts, at least the two Disney Studios Parks. Universal in Orlando looks a lot better thanks to the lake in the middle of the park. As for the coaster, it might be shorter than in the original concept, but the fun parts, like the launch are still part of the track.
