Those ones don't run through the middle of an operating theme park with thousands of guests watching them as they go by. By limiting them to the Seven Seas Lagoon routes, with the exception of the guests in the hotel lobbies, most guests would only see them once or twice in a day. Then again, I'm sure the marketeers knew that there would be more people watching the ones on the Epcot line...

The billboards in DCA and Hollywood Studio entry are ugly depictions of a variety of many different races kind of made to seem multicultural but bad artwork. Something strange about the faces if I recall. It is creepy maybe. Apparently I am the only person that has noticed it and think they are strange.

For all of DCA's issues, other than the entryway (which to be fair is major), I wouldn't ever describe the place as ugly. Some areas such as Grizzly Peak and the Winery, the Hollywood Backlot, Bug's Land and even PP (at least at night) are very nice to immerse yourself in. The only ugly Disney park I have ever been in is the DSP. DCA is a masterpiece in comparison.
