The Lost Bar seemed to be an attempt at "the best we can do since we can't replace the building" In my opinion, the DLH has always struggled with its mish mash of buildings. Anything to give this place a uniform look, like the new blue towers and replacing all the support buildings in the courtyard will be an overall plus in my book.
