It's only happened to me a couple of times, and now I'm ready for it. When that next guy starts to get in my row I say HEY WAIT A SEC, and make it clear that he needs to wait for the next car. There's nothing more ... well ... distracting on a ride like that to be skin to skin with someone you've never met!!!
