Originally Posted By kmovies Ending an hour a day would have impact on staffing. Say a person works 5 days a week 8 hours, they could adjust the workweek to be 6 days at 6 or 7 hours a day. It also allows the employees to come in a hour earlier which may have impacts on staffing.

She got so tired of being asked to work a couple of extra hours or a sixth day. She was putting in 50+ hours each week. Keep in mind that she was also going to college. It got to a point that she had to make a decision of school, work or sleep. She gave up work at Disneyland. She then went to work for a fast food chain and they worked her hours around her school. Now I actually see her outside playing with her little sister.
