    I meant to say, I would have to figure out how many blocks 10 miles is, or how long I would have to walk to cover that distance.

    We walk for about 1/2 hour each day (should be more)and try to include a couple of hills. We have a hill/street a few blocks away we call the goat hill and we walk a little further up it each week :) It seriously could be a ski run :p

    If the dog wasn't bugging us I know the walks wouldn't happen everyday.

    FWIW, the recommended number of steps for a healthy lifestyle is 8000-10000 a day. I rarely get to that level.
