I didn't want to start walking, as starting is the hardest part MaryPoppins, so you are doing very well just to get started. I used to use the weather for a reason I couldn't start. Especially as it's so hot here in Sydney. However it's like anything, once you are into a routine it becomes a part of you. I really miss it if I'm away or something happens and I can't go. But now that there is a Redbox down the street; we make that walk quit a bit. We started out taking the dogs. The older one has improved so much since we started taking her out. Now, when she sees jackets and shoes she jumps up. So, for her health and ours we are trying to step it up. (I used to run Tiffany alongside my bicycle to give her a workout.)
