So I really think it depends on how busy it is as to whether you need to book an appointment. I would call them and see what they suggest. My daughter also had a great time and even though they were overbooked the night we went, they did a great job and I felt it was really worth the money. We had Priority Seating that evening at Ariel's Grotto and all the princesses commented on her Libby Lu makeover.
