and we've got ANOTHER update coming in Summer with a new "Frozen" float and a reworking of the Cinderella unit. Frozen will replace Monster's Inc. which was removed earlier this year (as I recall, this is the first time in Dreamlights history that a section has been retiered before it's replacement was added in.
It's interesting that the Monsters unit has been removed; I vaguely recall when it was added to the parade, so it's fascinating that it's being retired so "soon" (though I realize it's been about 15 years). It's also interesting, since Monsters University has kept the franchise relatively fresh I hope that the Cinderella unit keeps the transforming dress in one way or another; it was a really cool trick. With current technology, it seems like there could be some pretty neat ways to deal with that. If it were in the US parks, I'm sure they would take inspiration from the recent live action Cinderella, but TDR seems to focus more heavily on the animated classics
