Ok, first, locate the file (Inside the Magic - Video Podcast - Show 76 [notice not the iTunes numbering on the far left]) and click get episode. Next, once the file has finished downloading, right click/crtl click on the file in the "Podcasts" section of your library and choose "convert selection for iPod". This will turn the video Podcast into a "movie" and therefore it will transfer to the "Movie" section of your library.
Now, locate the movie in the "Movie" section and drag the file to your desktop. Then right/crtl click on the file and choose "Open With" and then choose "Quicktime". A window should open with the movie ready to play. Next, choose File, then Export. A window will pop up asking you for file name, location, and settings. Choose the file name of your choice, location, and then change the export option to "Sound to Aiff". Feel free to mess w/ the "Options" located next to the "Export" box if you want to increase quality.
Ok (almost there), once the export is finished go back to iTunes. Click File and then "Add to Library" then navigate to where the file is located and choose it. The Aiff version will be added to your "Music" library. Now the last thing to do is convert the Aiff file to an MP3. In your music library click on the file, then go to "Advanced" and choose "Convert Selection to MP3" NOW, its possible it will say something else like "Convert selection to ..." to change this...goto "iTunes", "Preferences", "Advanced", then "Importing". Once there you can change the encoder to "Import Using..." to MP3 and the Setting depending on the quality you want (higher quality = higher file size). After that, then you can covert under the inital "Advanced" option step.
And That's it Folks! Hope this works for you. I just back from my first trip to Disney World last week and saw the parade. The music and the parade itself are amazing! I loved WDW and I can't wait to go back. Anyways, Have a Magical Day Everyone ;)
P.S. I'll be monitoring the responses, if there are any questions - just ask
