But, yeah, that is the plan. I am just saying I can't imagine the gall WDW will have if they sell 1995 rooms for the same price as the amazing new 2006 version. And unless they are mothballing the North Wing (which I haven't heard of) until DVC is announced, which would be very bad show as it's the closest lodgings to the MK, it appears as if that's what is happening to unsuspecting guests.
