I'd get in line by 6:45 at least - we had lines a couple of weeks ago. You get off the monorail in Tomorrowland. And for the return trip, there is a special monorail entrance just for folks staying on Disney property. Look for the sign kind of under the monorail "station". The PPH folks neglected to tell us about that, and we didn't discover it until 3 days into our trip. Boy did we feel stupid.
