But with building a house, you never know. We found that out the last couple of weeks with the crew doing the spackling. Seriously, you guys can plan something, I won't mind. We got a lot done this weekend with the painting, but then by last night I realized we still have a ways to go. We have to finish four of the rooms (we ran out of paint). We also have to paint most of the trim. We couldn't paint the trim yet because our garage has been full of stuff (cabinets and all sorts of other fun stuff) and the weather has been crappy, (rain everyday since the day the trim was delivered) we couldn't paint much of the trim.

The development is easy to find. It's right up 115, about 4.5 miles past the turnpike. Shoot me an email if you want. You wouldn't have to paint, you could just stop in to say hi.
