I was very disappointed especially when she kept trying to connect me to someone else because I was eligible to win a 3 night stay and then $20 in cash.

Here's my suggestion - contact Lorelle and find out if there is a way I can transfer my reservation to your name - if this can be done drop me an email (it's in my profile)... I can't go this weekend now do to my DS16 having AP testing so I am going the weekend before... Let me know - I will be cancelling these soon!

    Maybe, they are new?
I always just call back in a little while and hope I get someone else.
You could always e-mail Lorealle.Bishop@hojoanaheim.com which is what I did but if she is not working that day, then you will not get a reply until she is there.
It is worth a try before you try by phone again.

But from all the reviews, I will try and stay even if I can't! Thanks again for all your info everyone!
