The pre-production artwork that I've seen for it made it look like a semi-circular domed building with 'horseshoe' shaped central core surrounded by large 'Tomorrowland'-style pylons of varying heights. Personally, I think they made the better choice! As for the "Georgian" style mansion, that is what I've seen it referred to in many publications. Personally, I think it has more of a Colonial Virginia look, resembling the Governor's Mansion at Colonial Williamsburg very heavily.
