My point is that FP is an easy to understand system, if someone wants to put in the 30 seconds it takes to learn about it. If they don't want to read about it in the map, they can ask any of thousands of CMs who would be more than happy to help them out.

The property is big, the resorts are big, there is a lot to do and take in. But I can say the same when I went to Paris. It's a learned experience.

A good example are airports. You have to be pretty unaware to not know about the current security checks, but when I travel I still see people try to bring things that have been well publicized as banned from carry-on.
