We spent almost $100 for 2 adults and 2 kids and sodas (no liquor) and swore that was our last time to eat there. We normally do Rainforest Cafe each trip though and have enjoyed it. If you opt to sit outdoors though, the wait time tends to be less. Although you'd miss outon the thunderstorms and animals inside.

The atmosphere is a big part of the experience and you're paying for it! Just like you wouldn't pay for an entree you knew you weren't gonna eat, don't pay for the atmosphere in the price of the food and not experience it.
