What about when the alternative is even less healthy? Our society is simply astounding today. A very nice scripture about the blind leading the blind comes to mind . . . . Sigh. Fidelity, selflessness, and good old fashioned work are only abstract to so many of us.

I was not saying that we were "sort of" guilty. Sorry for my lack of clarity. I also didn't say that I have matured since then. More that that was my moment of immaturity or lack or responsibility.

Most people who get married think they're doing it for the right reasons. It's not always a happily ever after story. And those who choose to get out -- good for them. Better that than suffering in silence for 40 years in a loveless marriage. You married, monorailblue?

I was trying to strengthen the "wrong is wrong" POV on the thread, not to single you out. Thanks again for your enlightening, gracious response!

My brother alomst got booted out of the park when we were in high school. Trouble is, he didn't do anything. Those of you who remember Adventure Thru Inner Space remember it as being the loudest, rowdiest dark ride in all of Disneyland in its twilight years. One of the last times I recall riding it was a really rowdy time. We were there on a high school marching band trip. My brother was in the Atomobile in front of me and the one in front of him was filled with some really loud teens who were throwing things out of the vehicle. Anyway, Security was waiting for the perps at the oil fountain...and they thought my brother was the perp! I insisted that he was innocent, which he was. I don't remember if I pointed out the responsible parties, but in any event, we got to stay. Close call, tho.

Once we had photocopied some $50's and $100's (good old days of single sided black and white) and cut them out. We went around the park putting them in the bushes then watched to see when someone noticed them and would either climb over barriers or send a kid to get the money (looked pretty good in shade of plants). It was always for laughs, but security found us cutting out more money in the parking lot once and asked us to leave. A different parking spot and change of clothes later, and we were back in. I happen to know that Monorailblue should have been kicked out for life several times, but you will have to ask him to elaborate
