We must have been at DCA the same day! My wife and I saw him getting off Maliboomer, and later that evening we were crossing the bridge by what was then Ariel's and saw him and his family (?) coming right towards us. I passed within 4 feet or so of him. What struck me most was how short he is. I'm only 5'10", and he was at least 4 or 5 inches shorter than me it seemed.

So, other than seeing celebrities performing and such in the parks, he's been the only one I've seen.

I once had a conversation with a familiar-looking guest in DTD. I figured she was probably an AP-holder or a CM out of uniform, i.e., somebody I'd seen around the place but didn't really know. Afterwards, from some things she and her family said, I figured out that I'd been chatting with Melanie Griffith. No wonder she looked familiar. :)

I've also waited on Robin Williams and his family. I was dealing with his wife and kids, and didn't really notice "Dad", who was hanging back silently. Then he said something mundane, like, "So, what are we getting?" and I just about fainted. In person, with ordinary clothes and his family around him and no make-up or movie lighting, he looked like anybody else, but That Voice is unmistakable!

I was in the pirate store once when Nicholas Cage stopped by on his way out of Club 33. A boy (his son?) was buying "jewels" from the pirates chest.

Another time, I went to ride Splash Mtn. on a day when not many people were at the park; I happened to fall into line right behind Mario Lopez and three of his friends. He was really friendly.

One rainy day, I bought a poncho for my kids at the same time that Ricky Lake did (what ever happened to her?).

Some time ago, while walking past Big Thunder, we passed Vlade Divac who was with the Lakers at the time. At over 7 feet in height, he really stood out in the crowd!

I felt really bad for her. She's obviously fallen on hard times if she's spending the day at DCA instead of over at DL!

Maybe she was reliving her glory days by strollingthrough the Hollywood Pictures Backlot?

I thought she was supposed to be looking good these days, after her Jenny Craig involvement! Not so good, eh?

There have been a lot more "isn't that ..." but the ones above have only been the ones for sure.
