So far Mission Space Sucks, DCA's Tower of Terror sucks, and now Everest sucks. Disney might as well just save money and give us more Paradise Pier. Why spend a fortune on true E tickets when the malcontents don't like them anyway?

Trippy buddy, I am still laughing...it mustbe a cloudy day in Minny ...but I also agree with you....to somethese days everything sucks...

there are some things that really do suck, let's focus on them...Giant Wand / Stupid Pin station Hat, and my fave-- that playground bringing down the property values in Fantasyland

Oh, come on! Even from the video I can see that Everest has more to offer than Screamin'...

Ok, so Screamin' has a loop...so? Other than that, and the often spotty onboard audio, it's a basic coaster that you could find at any Six Flags. In fact, I think Revolution at Magic Mountain compares to Screamin' in the thrills department.

Everest has themeing, and seems to be more like Big Thunder crossed with Matterhorn. I can't wait to ride it myself some day soon!

It has better banks, bunny hops, helixes, more exciting. And the trippy audio.

And these 2 attractions have MORE and BETTER exectued show scenes COMBINED than EVerest. Thunder and Matterhorn dont have ONE show effect for ONE scene.

How many does the Matterhorn by itself have? I count three. The ice crystals, the snowman, and the splashdown. Two of those didn't exist in Walt's day... heck, the mountain was hollow and you could see all the unthemed girders for years and years!

Also you're forgetting the rich theming and immersive story told by Sreamin' both in the queue/pre-show and ride itself, and all the research that was done to make sure it's authentic. :-(

I have ridden hundreds of coasters out there, including some of the biggest and fastest ever built. And from what I saw of Everest, well, this is one coaster junkie that just can't wait to ride it! The helices look awesome, as does the backwards section. Althought California Screamin' looks like fun (I still have to ride it yet!), Expedition Everest looks so much more inviting and exciting. Plus, NO LOOPS! Yep, given what I've heard and read, EE looks to be a HUGE winner for DAK & WDW! June can't get here fast enough for me!

So now EE is a bust because it is pretentious (sp?) and putting on false airs?

Is it sad that I think I have an internet crush on Otown?

TBH- i mean some rides r good but o well- not impressed disney- should have been longer- i mean hell the track is torn apart at 5 seconds into the ride- why not have a bit of a guided tour? then u see the yeti tearing it apart- definately an attraction that had the chance to be great- but failed- and dont support it- u know its not as great as it could have been
