It sound to me as though two of the four in your party rode the roller coaster just waiting for something to go wrong. What a fortunate coincidence for you all that your dream/nightmare came true. Something unusual happened while you were waiting with your camera poisedt to capture it. You contacted a newspaper. The reporter decided that it wasn't newsworthy. You alerted Disney. They made corrective actions. So... umm.... what is the purpose of your post here again?

You still claim to have pictures but nobody has seen them. Also, i dont see how pictures would have been taken if you were sitting either in front or behind them, because it sounds like your daughter and husband sat together. So to prove me wrong, could we see a pic? The proof is in the pics!

And somebody who might have hurt themselves trying to keep themselves from coming out of a car, when gravity and g-forces itself would have kept them in without any special action on their part? Or a picture of a CM "not caring?"

An explanation would help me understand the OP's intent better.

Lap bar failed, but the details of the failure have not been provided. When did it fail? Midway through the ride? Out of the gate. Toward the end? Was it not checked by the CM? 4. Though husband suffered severe injury, no action was taken by Disney staff to assess him. 5. Ride was not shut down and continued normal operation. 6. Incident was reported to Orlando Sentinal who determined that it was not newsworthy. 7. Proof of this exists in photographic form, but OP refuses to provide it as it was demanded by posters. 8. Husband is now suffering neck and back pain and daughter is suffering from mental trauma. 9. OP has not provided her motivation to post. Is just indignant that she is not believed. Did I miss anything?
