Based on my visit last week (3/25-4/2), I would say that you have a better chance of getting more accomplished in the am. As you know, lines are kept open until park closing. So, at Soarin' in EPCOT for example, the line is huge when evening EMH's began. Your wrist band gives you no advantage. The lines for popular attractions stay busy for the beginning of EMH. Toward the end of the night, the lines were dropping off a little but not much.

I have a question, did you have another nick here at LP previously? you remind me of someone.

If you do, you can't have more then one fast FP per attraction at the same time.. So accumulating them is not a option...

I believe that you could hold multiple fast passes for the same attraction if you follow that rule. However, I don't believe it is WDW's policy to allow you to use your fast pass after your scheduled hour has expired. I know some people have said they have done it, but i don't think it's common practice.

Evening. without question. People are now conditioned to get up early even on vacation, so the parks do empty out. I spend many Friday nights at Epcot on EMH, even though I don't ride attractions because I'm local, and there are NO lines for anything except Soarin. I went to an EMH at the MK last month with friends visiting from out of state and from 11 p.m.to 2 a.m. they rode almost EVERY major attraction in the park. During the day, they had to wait 70 minutes just to ride Winnie the Pooh.

You can have a FP that expired at 4:30 and use it at 10 p.m. I don't think you should be able to because it does defeat the system and winds up making lines longer all the way around. But they'll never turn you away.

But I'm not sure why someone would intentionally want to do that. Aside from being busy at the time your 1 hour window comes up, why would someone want to accumulate FP's during the day? (that question isn't aimed for LuvDatDisney, but the original person who suggested it)

If you get into the parks and in the AM you have the advantage of being able to not only get on the rides but also first to get at Fast Passes. While I was at WDW back in Janaury the Fast Passes for certain rides would be gone by 10-11AM making it agony for anyone waiting in line to get on a ride or attraction. While at DAK, ALL the Fast Passes were gone on ALL the rides and attraction by 11AM till noon. I had to wait inline for everything. 90 minutes of Kilimargaro. 60 minutes for Dinosaur. I spent the entire afternoon just trying to get on four rides/ attractions. I for one am grateful that DAK now has EE. DAK is drawing in crowds is could sure use more attractions so we wouldn't all be standing around trying to get on four rides.

Big difference - Disneyland is small and only has 3 resort hotels. WDW is gigantic and has about 25 onsite hotels. WDW has smartly chosen to extend this perk to those staying onsite at WDW as a way to help ensure they fill their thousands of hotel rooms. It's just good business to limit EMH to onsite guests only, whereas at DLR, if you tried that, you'd hardly be able to get ANY people into there park, and just end up wasting money instead.

I hate spending a lot of time in lines, so the touring plans work great for us! But like I said, no offense intended, and if you think it's relaxing spending several hours in attraction lines, then that's great!

Yes you can virtual office from DAK.
