Congrats on the weight loss and shaving the 'stache. Lookin' good.

I agree that BMI is only ONE measurement of body fat. And yes it may not be accurate as it doesn't take into consideration muscle mass. As of yet I have NOT had a body fat measurement done. I will do this later in the month when I join a gym and get a trainer. As for diet. I am eating low fat yogurt for breakfast. For much I have a tuna fish sandwich ( made with non-fat mayo ). For dinner I typically will have a frozen weight watchers meal. I want to keep the protein up and the veggies up. I am trying to cut back on carbs. I ONLY drink water. Well except for the glass of diet Coke in the AM. I have a very active outside job. So I'm defiantely not sitting around all day. I want to join the gym basically for muscle toning and cardio benefits. No I am not a fire fighter. I am a lineman for my local phone company. A female friend who was visiting Salem, MA got me that tee shirt. I actaully wore that one year to WDW for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. I was dressed as a fireman. I posted a few pictures in motorcyle gear for some motorcycle buddys of mine. It was easier to just post them to that site than to send in individual emails. I really can't wait to join a gym. They are opening a new gym right down the street from me. I was hoping it would be open by January 1st, but maybe by the end of this month they will be open.
