I tend to burn off about 450cals when Im there for 90 minutes. Id guess thats all of your breakfast and lunch. eeek.

Breakfast is still two 8 oz servings of non-fat blueberry yogurt. Lunch is a tunafish sandwich, non-fat mayo. So far so good.

I can't imagine how scary it must feel when your heart is palpitating, let alone for days on end. Some of her medications were definately at toxic levels. I don't understand why her doctor isn't keeping better track on her blood levels. Heck, I'm on a cholesterol medication and my doctor won't let me go 3 months without blood work. I would think if I was on heart medications it would be monthly at least. In terms of WDW. Not to worry. I will be there for a week long vaction two weeks from tomorrow!!!! Can't wait. as I was driving into work I was thinking of packing several stestons to wear! LOL Well, certainly many of my friends really liked the Fu Manchu. They are bumbed that I shaved it off. I had one guy at work tell me monday, "Tom, I see that you shaved your porn mustache off". They are too much! I really needed to get rid of the Fu Manchu. I grew it after 911. This was my way of moving on. Both Kennesaw Joe and I know people that died that day in the Twin Towers. I thought I was over it. But last summer while vacation in New England/ Canada we visited the New York State Museum in Albany, NY. There was this huge display of debris, police, fire gear as well as personal effects. It was haunting. Both of us were very upset and couldn't talk for several hours after that experience. Fortunately we saved that for the end of our visit to the Museum. But, it was truely awful and very emotional. So I have no regrets shaving it off. And I'm not growing it back. As for the diet. I fell of the wagon last night and ate some cheese and crackers from a gift basket one of my sister's had sent me for Christmas. The damage wasn't too bad to bad. This morning I weight 213 lbs. My goal is to be back in a 34" w. Apparently my ideal weight is suppose to be 183 lbs. So I definately need to be under 200 lbs. I really want to be back in a 34" waist for this upcoming trip to WDW. <smile>

I was telling a friend what she had said, he asked what she looked like, I said she is what Id call an ideal size....but I didnt tell her that!...lol

I was tired of being round. And quite frankly it was time to stop thinking about loosing weight and time to actually start loosing weight. So, I'm doing it. And I had two doughnuts for breakfast. So there.

I still plan on joining a gym. As soon as it gets built. Kennesaw Joe and I were compaing notes last night. He is in much better shape than I am. He is has less body fat in proportion to his ideal weight. We are both being dieting. So that is good two when you have both people in a home working toward the same goal. All I have to do is to get him to stop buying chocolate. LOL

It is great to have someone aiming for the same goal. Me and Mr bloona are, we are so competative when it comes to running times / calories burnt at the gym too...hee heee, I ran three miles today on the treadmill, he did two. (He did it at a faster pace than me and on an incline, but I wont tell you that bit.)
