Something along the lines of the Library pre-show for Tower of Terror. Wouldn't that solve the problem of peak visiting times and insufferably long queues?

Originally Posted By HokieSkipper <<Would somebody explain to me what we're in a panic about now?>> Oh, I'm not panicking at all. I'll admit this thread was a little self-indulgent, because I saw these problems immediately, while the Mouse was promoting this as the expansion for kiddies to "wait in shorter lines". Still it is a valid concern, and one they should be taking very seriously.

It's a similar concept to ST where you can have several simulators working at the same time. Depending on crowd projections for that day you just schedule more "princesses" on. Seems pretty simple to me. Oh and as somebody said above, while the urchins are cavorting with their favourite Disney heroine, getting crayola stains on their expensive costumes, we get shorter lines at Splash Mountain, BTMRR and Pirates! Win/win!!!

Meaning only 2 princesses. Hopefully that's wrong, but that's what it looks like.

Most people really only take a photograph before heading out, but there's time for some interaction without feeling rushed, especially if you wait to be the last group to go. With all 3 running, there is hardly ever a wait. I do remember many years ago waiting what seemed like hours to meet Mickey, but every time I've visited in the last few years (during moderately heavy and light crowds), there's been less than a 5 minute wait to see him. Of course, there are 3 rooms (50% more than the WDW plan), and the standard interaction is very short. If they're planning on having Cindy spend 20 minutes with each set of guests, no matter how many people are in that set, the queue will be really slow. In DL, it seems like they're taking a new group every 30-60 seconds, which makes the already-short queue very manageable. Hopefully they've learned from their success and will do something similar in WDW. For what it's worth, Mickey's House in TDL is one of the most popular attractions in the park, with waits often exceeding 90 minutes. With all 3 sets running.
