Uhhhh...no. Sorry. Indy is a ridiculously diverse universe.

<<Never said the ride was mediocre, but reverting back to the same franchise IS mediocre.>>

    Whatever. *rollseyes*

    <<Your opinion>>

I really don't think it is. The time period is perfect, the theme is perfect, the character is perfect, the feeling is perfect.

It's still just a meet and greet.

Exactly, after Indy 4, you could have an Indy ride in Tomorrowland. Replace SGE with Indiana Jones and the Great Escape, where Indy teleports into the auditorium and then swings around the room with his bullwhip looking for the 'space within spaces' so that he can save the universe from Stitch.

Your opinion. I think that anything past the show, here, and the ride, there, is overkill. It'd be like putting in a Star Wars show in MK because the ride is so great in DL.

Besides, universe or not, it's still the same concept and theme.

    >>> I really don't think it is. The time period is perfect, the theme is perfect, the character is perfect, the feeling is perfect.<<<<

And WDI could do it with their own storyline and characters. Everyone wants the AC back for it's fantastic storyline and theme. That's a WDI Original. Why not go down that vein? Why do we have to use something else, that someone else thought of?

That uses technology that's never been seen before for what I hear is a ridiculousness cool effect.

Sure, the franchise sucks, but if it's quality, it's quality.

Because something similar would reek of being an Indiana-Jones knock-off.

Then do something else that's not contrived or linked to an existing archetype for that sort of story. Like I said...UNIQUE! :)

That's the first thing that sprung into my mind.

I definitely did at the end of the first one, where they were in that temple-like structure. And the second one had the connections to the university just like Raiders and Last Crusade. I dunno, seems like a American-History Indiana Jones to me.

Leo- Eh, I guess. All "Adventure" movies kinda gravitate to Indy, now. It's the genre.
