NOS is my favorite to wait to board (the telegraph, the flowers, the buildings surrounding). Toontown is the most silly fun (the lopsidedness, goofy suitcases, etc.) Tomorrowland... Isn't much more than a bus stop in North Las Vegas. *LOL* Merely a place to embark/disembark to save the feet - nothing else.

I never said the train stops at Sleeping Beauty's Castle or the Partners Statue. I'll break it down for you... Sleeping Beauty's Castle is an icon of DL, in my opinion. The Partners Statue is an icon of DL, in my opinion. Main Street Station is another icon of DL, in my opinion. That doesn't mean the train stops at the hub or in front of the castle.

Back to the topic; I like Main street station for its nostalgic appeal. Too bad they had to put in the hedge on the berm that takes away the photo opportunities. I like New Orleans Square because with the tunnel, hotel, railroad station and water tower in the background you can take more realistic looking photos of the trains.

Since I don't don't have a clue as to what all those little dots and dashes actually represent I was unaware that I was committing a DLRR fax paus. I intended the post as a little lighthearted humor, not for historical accuracy nor to offend anyone. The URL that Pirate Princess posted is a reprint of the original article where I copied the text from. I have compared what I posted to the the article's version and, to my untrained eye, it appears to be the same. My assumption was that, since this was the same author who helped Disney restore the Morse Code sound track, it should have been correct. I also apologize about the other mistake, it had been years since I had read the article and I had forgotten the slight variance from the original dedication speech. Chris, Thank you again for the correcting my mistakes. Maybe you could post the correct American Morse Code version sometime, I would love to have it for my collection. It will always be one of my favorite sounds in the park. Just wanted to add that I loved your pictures from the Big Meet too.
