Breakfast: Kona Cafe Ham n' Cheese omlett is the best in WDW imho and you must (of course) order the bananna stuffed french toast to split with you dining companion(s)....or not.

Lunch: A Bacon cheeseburger from Beaches n' Cream is what I usually seek out as my fav, though the Harry Ramsdens Fish n' chips dereserves to be sought out as well.
My next trip lunch will consists of F&W Festival offerings mostly and the Canadian pavillion tens to take the cake there with the map;e glazed salmon and cheese soup. The spanokopita from Greece and Mexixo and Austraila as well as Ireland are all big hits too. Actually its tough for a bunch of us to find something we really dont enjoy at each booth.

Dinner: Really tough. The flatbreads at Spoodles, Jiko and CG are all awesome. I've had a swordfish at the Flying Fish that was to die for and the filet at CG (as has been mentioned here several times) is probably the best piece of meat on property. Also all the sushi at CG was awesome.

    I could go on forever.

Best Frozen Drink is at the Barefoot Bar at the Volcano Pool. Best Lava Flow going anywhere. Mixture just right.

Between all the food and booze, I usually gain from 1-4 lbs over a seven day period & thats with all the walking and swimming and I'm in the gym every morning by 7 the latest.

They're very tasty, but also very overrated amongst the fan crowd.

The best Dole Whip I ever had was on the actual Dole Plantation on Oahu ... the locale may have had something to do with that, though.

Can't be accurate about the weight (since we're typically only on day trips), but can easily put on 2 pounds over the weekend.

Yes, that is excellent. I've had that two of my last three meals at the Brown Derby.
