this made me laugh so hard I almost fell out of my chair. As for w**ker I never knew it's meaning was so bad, I always figured it was like calling someone a b*st*rd in boston (usually a slang term of enderment amongst close friends. or even like calling someone a "punk" and I never knew about the f*nny word either, make you wonder how american tourists made out in the mid to late eighties with all those "packs" around their hips. Must have made for quite a few double takes from the locals (lol)

So fanny, like shag, are really bad words in the UK...

Peggy Bundy's maiden name on the classic 'Married...With Children' was Wanker. She even came from 'Wanker County' where all her hillbilly and redneck relatives lived. Throughout the years, her relations were played by the Del Rubio Triplets, former WWF/E wrestler King Kong Bundy (whom the Bundys were actually named after), Linda Blair and Bobcat Goldthwait.

Does our Tall One not know of Fannie Flagg? She was a semi-regular on Match Game who was infamous for her t-shirts that she wore. She also wrote 'Fried Green Tomatoes'.

*files nails and looks at the topic title* How quaint... so many non-evil LPers to choose from, so little time... Well, my favorite LPers are... hey, Lilo and Stitch is on ABC's Wonderful World of Disney!
