A local place, founded by two women each named Elizabeth is awesome. You can build your own with gourmet ingredients, or order from the menu. Each pizza is named after a great Elizabeth: Taylor, Queen E, Barrett Browning, etc.

My absolute fave is thin crust, brick oven fired, bechemel sauce (instead of tomato), spices, crabmeat, double order of pine nuts and no cheese. Heaven with a glass of white wine and a small salad.

Cold pizza? Only if I'm desperate.

After that, I like a traditional hand tossed pizza at a local restaurant, Grottos.

I hate grease on my red pizza, but I do love an all white pizza with broccoli. Go figure.

btw, I have seen Joe Biden many a time sitting at a table in the bar area of Elizabeths waiting for his "to go" chatting with people as they come in to the restaurant.

We will fight to the death for the leftover cold pizza for breakfast. DH has been known to hide it in the fridge so we can't find it, and I have no problem getting up a 6:00 a.m. on a saturday morning to insure that I get the pizza.

I also will eat cold pizza if I don't feel like heating it up properly in the oven. Microwaves make the crust soggy.

I love Deep/Pan/Hand Tossed in that order. I do not like whole wheat crust, classic please.

Pizza should only e round, I like pretty standard pizza's.

I love all cheeses, three cheese, provolone, mozza (not cheddar by itself), Feta, Goat, you name it I love it. I don't like one topping pizza's. The more toppings (and more of each topping) the better.) I like okra, artichoke hearts, olives (this is the one ingredient I like only a small smattering of either green/black both). I like onions, green peppers, red peppers, mushrooms, ground beef, ham, bacon (bits and strips), sausage (Italian or otherwise), Montreal Smoked Meat, sour cream, specialty sauces, (Tangy Thai for example), lots of veggies except for sliced tomatoes and pineapples unless it's a Hawaiian. Chicken, Steak. You name it. Not pepperoni. Always fresh and always steaming hot. Spinach. Whether it's Shakey's, Pizza Pizza, Pizza Hut, local place, Panago, Pizza Nova etc. It all be good.

I'm sure California Pizza Kitchen offers other wonderful toppings.
