NOS is a good location for access from more than one land but it's always crowded, ditto with Adventureland. Plaza Inn is one of the cleaner ones along with most at DCA. Disneyland restrooms are like a machine...amazing how they keep them even as clean as they do! I always thank the workers in the restroom and they seem to appreciate it.
