My at home recipe (which is the best I've found, and which I have modified), uses lemonade or limeade and lime juice in the syrup base, along with creme de menthe syrup. I know it sounds odd (and some people feel it tastes like mouthwash), but it really is very light and refreshing. I love them, but don't often buy them at the park anymore. I don't often buy anything. It just costs too much for me, when, for approximately the same price, I can make more than a gallon of a similar concoction at home. BTW, I found 2 Dole Whip recipes this weekend. I'll be working on that project throughout the week and will reoprt back.

Popcorn out of the Rivers of America that is intended for the ducks. Regurgitated milk off of the smiling faces of newborns. Squiring multiple condiment packages into my mouth... Picking ABC gum off the bridge tunnel on Pirates of the Caribbean. How's that Mint Julep recipe coming monorailblue? You have been warned.

Caramel apples are my absolute favorite treat but I didn't like the "crust" on this one. The apple of the month in October was wonderful-caramel, pecans-I think and milk, white, dark and orange chocolate drizzled all over it. Try eating that and still look well-mannered! However, while eating it, I got many comments on how good it looked. In May, they didn't have it so had to settle for one with caramel, white chocolate and chopped almonds Very delicious! Dole whips, cream cheese filled pretzels, chocolate covered strawberries and of course mickey ice cream. Somehow, I have never grown out of enjoying it more because it is in the shape of Mickey!
