Favorite WDW Hotel?

    it has some of my thoughts on our stay there. We won't stay there again, it was terrible or anything there's just other places we like better. Highlights for us were the pool area and the Maya Grill for the breakfast buffet.

    POFQ, though, is the best of the moderates, and tied as my favorite WDW hotel.

    I don't much care for CBR as we had to do way too much walking and the pool area is not as big as the newer areas.

    My favorite is Wilderness Lodge. When we had a small child, we liked the Fort Wilderness cabins - can prepare your meals and save on the food budget. The cabins are a fair size, so room to spread out. If you are on more of a budget, I prefer the French Quarter in Port Orleans. It is smaller in size, than the other moderate resorts and tends to have more adults.

    They all have special things that make it hard to decide which is best. OKW is quiet and beautiful. Beach Club is close to EPCOT and has the best pool. Poly is so tranquil and beautiful. The wilderness lodge is so wonderful I enjoy just sitting in the lobby. The Boardwalk has so much going on in the evening and you can see the fireworks at EPCOT. We love the food court and the island pool at Port Orleans Riverside. Each resort has it's own advantages...
