    well got through 3 nights at work was a bit of a struggle still quite a low energy level and sound awful doing my passenger announcements on tannoy with the blocked nose,have had some horrid things exit my nose in last few days hopefully its all the rubbish escaping,got my captains medical course to take for next 5 days so taxing on the brain but not as pysical at being at work,thanks again everyone for good thoughts.

    better news today as the doctor and nurse who are running our captains medical course assured me i have nothing to worry about the bleed infact he had same thing 2 yrs ago,still trying to boost my energy levels to what they should be but definitely improving each day.
