I agree on the Aladdin show too ! My husband got to see it for the first time this year. I didn't think he would enjoy it as much as I do, but he LOVED it - definitely a no miss !

By the way, we honeymooned at WDW just one year after you 1996 :)

    I Love It !!!!!
Abby, we were treated like Kings and Queens at WDW
    during our wedding day
after the ceremony at sunset point at the Polynesian
I was ready to get out of my tux
and my wife was like no way your wearing it to dinner
we walk up to the get on the monorail the gave us the front and took us to the California Grill at the contemporary
were we were givin front row seats for the fireworks , Free sushi and champagne
my favorite part was on the way back to the Polynesian they stopped the monorail even with the front door , let us out
then pulled forward and let everyone else out
now that to me was cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's fun and relaxing, rarely a line. Just don't expect "thrilling" and you'll like it. Very pleasant ride out over the water.

Another thing to remember is that the Matterhorn is actually two separate rides. Each track definitely has its own character, so you'll want to try both. And at least one of those should be after dark - like Big Thunder, there's a different daytime/nighttime feel.

Anyone else have ideas for nostalgic DL memories?

Oh and it smells like a mixture of popcorn, churros, and vanilla (they spray a vanilla smell onto Main St.)! Pretty much it just smells damn good! Haha.

    What's the countdown at???

And don't dismiss Fantasmic as being the same as WDW - from what I have heard, DL is much better.

CA Screamin, Aladdin is a MUST, Indiana Jones is great, and you have to do the Matterhorn - the grandfather of all modern roller coasters...
