She swore he was ok, but later on that week EVERY LAST KID got the rotavirus..long story short, my daughter ended up in the hospital (the week before christmas) for three days then had to endure cardiograms/ekg's, ultrasounds because they feared the virus was attacking her heart. The cardiologist basically told us that if her body didn't fight this, she was going to die..so YEAH, I get pi$$ed at parents that send sick kids out in public because my daughter almost died from a stomach virus!!! KEEP SICK KIDS HOME DARN IT!!!

I can't tell you how many people send their kids to school after throwing up that morning, or knowing they have diarhea! "oh, it's just a little stomach bug" that makes me crazy. Look where a "little stomach bug" landed my daughter. I took my daughter to school a few weeks ago and a little boy was walking behind his mother and she was like "ok hurry up.." and he puked ALL OVER THE PLACE...and she goes.."oh, I guess your belly really DID hurt, huh? I would call it the " kids who came to school sick" award). At the end of this year, my 5th grader said, " Figures, the first year I don't miss a day is the year they do away with perfect attendance!"
