Also, the queues are not as extensively themed as DLP other than Indy and Splash Mountain, so be warned. Be warned that in some ways, the only area that is as lavishly themed as DLP in Disneyland is New Orleans Square. But there are so many other things to make up for it. I am sure you will have a fantastic time. For theming and the quality of attractions, DLP wins (though there are not as many). But for the atmosphere, the Walt magic, the live entertainment, the number of attractions and the fireworks/Fantasmic, DL is better than DLP and WDW IMHO. But there are so many do not misses that are unique to DL. And the rich tapestry of Disney history is awesome. DL is different with a number of similarities. I am sure you will have a blast. I wish I could be there to show you the comparisons/contrasts to DLP. Then again, I may still look into it.
