But you may be getting into some ... rough waters here by discussing ;-) <<With the fish. I believe in the John McCain/Ronald Reagan trickle down theory ... so if I make $47 million this year, maybe $23.16 will somehow filter down to you (if I can't figure a way to keep that for myself too!)
Originally Posted By Disney and beyond I don't know how people will react to my comments, but I'll go ahead and post my thoughts. I head down to Disney World on an average of three times a year, each time with varying lengths. And you know what? Every Week I go down there, I consider it the best week of my life. I don't NEED something new everytime go down there, I don't need an update everytime I go down there. I go down, appreciate what is there, and give myself a good time. Sure, new things are nice, But I just love the atmosphere. I really have never considered anything stale down there ever. (Well, Kahli River Rapids, but that would be because of my shear hatred of Raft Rides and their boringness) That's one of the top things I hate about the world, is that people are always clamoring for the new, not appreciating what they have. And sometimes, their obsession with the new blinds them from what they truely have, which I think largely applys to the Theme Park Fanatic and the Hardcore Video Gamer. I came into Disney Fandom just as all the classic older rides were going out, and the newer, thrill rides were coming in. So I've sort of had the best of both worlds, and I say that wanting new things do not always turn out fantasmic (ala the death of Dreamfinder, Mister Toad, and the entire cast of the Wonders of Life pavillion) I've ridden everyride more than I can remember (just this last trip I rode ToT at least six times) And not once Have I said "This is too boring for me now." Splash's Music will always remain timeless for me, I adore The Hall of Presidents and The American Adventure, as I do Carosel of Progress, The Great Movie Ride, Muppet Vision (I may be the only person in the world who would List Muppets on a top ten rides/shows list), Country Bears, ect. I could basically live there ( and I wish I could) I don't know if these points mean anything or if they were random babbling, but there you go.

As for my property, <sigh>. Have to see, most of my neighbors are millionaires so they can just sit on the property. Turns out they have water rights to MY spring house. Oh and in terms of a DVC, Disney Corp does own a rather large amount of property just down the mountain ( Thats actually one of there better kept secrets ).

The property in question does not have a driveway, they had a right of way accross another neighbors property ( who are also millionaires ). There is a North Carolina law that if trees grow up on the right of way then the right of way is null and void. So guess what.. the only way to get a vehicle onto that property is through my property or the neighbors and neither of us are going to give right of way. By the way... I did graduate from Boston University.
