The freeway drone in building 1 (freeway side) always helped me sleep better. It's that constant white noise sound. I need either silence or white noise, so building 1 works perfect for me.

I was concerned about the freeway noise at first but it turned out to not be an issue and we all slept just fine. As ABBY said, try earplugs if it is a problem. I sometimes use those soft foam type disposable ones with good effect. I did not need to use them at HoJos. [Maybe we could get signs installed on the freeway to slow the traffic down in this area - which would also lower the noise level... lol.]
