To me - it sounds like taking some of the entrees from the Blue Bayou and/or the Cafe Orleans, and placing back into a "buffeteria" at a lower price point (than the other two). Here's hoping that the portions are large, and the food is tasty. I, for one, look forward to trying some of the new menu next time we are down there.

If I want a nicely prepared chicken dish I would rather order it, not get it off of a serving line. I am surprised because New Orleans square already has two great table service venues. The French market ought to address the lunching crowd with sandwiches and chowder bowls at more reasonable prices, like they used to.
