After this baby, I will have 5 boys, and one girl.

I don't know why I hadn't given any thought to the wildlife that lives in or near the river but it kind of took me back for a minute. WDW is truly a wildlife refuge. You can't see that standing in a Q.

We still hold hands at the Wishes Fireworks and I guess we know were to go and what we want to do once we get there... We have our favorites, and we can pick and choose exactly what we want to do and when.. The best part is there is no rush, it it much more relaxing now.. When it was only once or so a year... It was run run run... go go go... : )

Our trip planned for 07 will be the whole family again, so things should, I guess, start feeling more familiar and comfortable.

We've discovered parts of AK that we missed the first 20 trips because we didn't think they would appeal to us. Rafiki's Planet Watch is now one of my daughter's favortie places. And yes there are still things we haven't done like have a meal in the Castle. But because we know we will back we also know we will get to it and the anticipation of that is also fun. And then there is the whole part of seeing WDW through my daughters eyes -- and also measuring her physical growth by the rides she could ride. I'll never forget the day she was finally able to ride RnRC. We had been there three weeks before and she wasn't tall enough. This trip she insisted they try again and sure enough she had had a major growth spurt because she was taller than required this time (same shoes). The joy on her face made me cry. So even with frequent trips there is still magic and I can agree with Dad, seeing it through your kids eyes makes it even more magical.

We are revisiting the little things that you tend to miss when your busy doing the main attractions... it's fun to explore...

I actually stop & smell the roses. Ditto Disneyland & DCA - I did just about everything there (except, for now, Monsters Inc) that I'd like to at least once on my first trip back in '01, so on my trips last year, I took it easy for the most part. Well, except the rush from mini-meet to mini-meet to mini-meet! hehehe

Everything was familiar and beautiful. We hurried for the first day, but then slowed down for the rest of the trip. One of the best days was spent alone with my son, slowly wandering the MK and then going to EPCOT. (My daughter-in-law spent the day visiting her brother who lives in FL and was visiting the park for the day.) Ryan and I took the time to notice all the little things...orange trees outside Tony's, hidden Mickeys, how one of the pirates on POC sounds like John Wayne when he says, "Here, kitty, kitty, kitty....) I can't wait to go back and know that it is much more fun to take it slow (unlike our first trip....commando-style!) and stop to notice all the little things that add up to the whole, magical picture! Awwwww, I'm feeling "homesick"! I wanna jump on a plane today!! Anyone care to join me??
