Looking at a map, the Pumbaa lot appears to be the site of the old Grand Hotel and the Toy Story lot appears to be in the location of the legendary old strawberry stand - how does one get from those lots to the DLR entrance? Shuttles?

Do they ever use these lots other than July 4 or during peak summer hours?

The Pumbaa Lot is used for overflow. Sadly, folks must walk from Pumbaa.

The Toy Story Lot is used every day. There are shuttles that carry guests to the Esplanade. It's actually very nice.
