Well, that post was intended to be sarcastic. It was directed from one poster to another. With sarcasm like that though, it's not surprising that these posters feel like they are made out to be the "homophobes" and "ignorant". Ok, I suppose we should all try to be more understanding of each other, but when certain people already come into the topic on the offensive, they had better expect some defensive behavior. It's certainly not very open minded, and it's obvious certain folks will not change their minds based on topics like these. I'll admit to getting on the defensive, but it's only because I've had to defend my "lifestyle" for years. I'm sure I'll get to the point where I won't care what anybody thinks about me, but I'm not quite there yet.

If you don't like it when folks have a heated discussion then don't click on the topic and go to the next. Personally, I have no hate towards any of the people who have an opinion even if it differs greatly from my own. That is what makes each of us unique and interesting. And without discussion and conflict, how can we learn and possibly better ourselves?

BUT you are greatly mistaken if you think that any legal culture in these United States shouldn't gather and enjoy WDW/Disneyland as a group. Please tell us, are the gays pushing it on you just by being there? If so, I don't recall any "gay recruiters" in the parks. Nor did I ever see anyone forcing you to watch the festivities of same sexers holding hands, hugging, having fun and 'gasp' kissing just like normal folk. If you are so against exposing your family to a REAL facet of modern life then go to City Hall where they just might refund your days entrance. >>>Your right I forgot the bathhouses in SF were like church or an AA meeting where people would come for love and emotional support!!!<<< >>The gay community is a lifestyle based on sexuality << It is these types of remarks, however, that truly show your ignorance on the subject.

And that goes for both homo and hetero BRAVO!!! They shouldn't be allowed in public places period. I won't say what the shirt said that I saw a girl wearing in a crowded diner one night but....If I were that manager, I would have asked her to either cover it up, go into the ladies room to turn it inside out, or I'd refuse to serve her. I probably would have gotten sued but....Sometimes you just have to put your foot down, and not allow that in your establishment. Freedom of expression issues? Yes. I exercised mine too!
