Your post suggests that gays and lesbians are going to be less respectful, less wholesome (whatever that means), and more inappropriate while assembling at WDW than other groups. Since it's unlikely that you're going to apologize for initiating such an antagonistic discussion you might as well let it go Donny; you're digging yourself into a deep hole here.

However, you chose to single out THIS park regarding THIS event so your comment was obviously aimed straight (pardon the pun) at the red shirts. Since this event has been going on for many years now and, to my knowledge, public nudity has never been an issue, I don't understand what unwholesome, disrespectful, or inappropriate actions concern you, Donny. Could you posibly be referring to common public displays of affection such as holding hands, hugging, or even kissing? Opposite-sex couples do that on a regular basis everywhere. If we have to put up with that, it is not unreasonable to ask that you put up with the same PDA's from same-sex couples. It is no less wholesome. Affection and love are affection and love, regardless of the color or gender of the persons involved. If it is rowdiness you are concerned about, CM's have year-after-year commented that gays are one of (if not THE) least disruptive/destructive of the special interest groups to hold events at WDW. Ironically I have read many CM posts here on LP that refer to the most disruptive and destructive group as being a particular Christian group that attends once a year.

The thread tries to suggest one thing, but subliminally/in-between-the-lines reveals the opposite. Rather obviously, actually.

I'm sick to death of the ignorant homophobia that creeps up on LP every year when Gay Days at DL and WDW events happen. It shouldn't be tolerated.
