Do some chart analysis on the last 5 years - last 3 years then you have to decide. It certainly has had it momemts and I own a decent amount that more than makes up for the stagnant behavior over the last long period of time...but I am not sure short term there is any large upside... I'm not selling, but I also stopped buying for now

A week trip will get usually one visit.< you have to option to purchase additional room services and the fees are fairly nominal in scope of things <In your opinion; is it better to buy a "new"DVC ( into Saratoga Springs ) or purchase points from one of the preexisting DVCs? If I was to buy in during 2007 calender year will my DVC be good for 40 years or till 2054?< multi tiered question - we all have our favorite home resorts - and there are advantages to each - I love OKW because of the size of the units ( largest ) - as well as relative seclusion and quiet - Boardwalk has a nightlife and is definitely more active ( and more restaurants ) - etc. Saratoga Springs is the first to expire in 2054...the rest will be 2042...doesn't matter where you buy I believe it goes by resort. I just walked my sister thru buying in Saratoga Springs.... <So that counts out vbdad, ChiMike and me< ?? Illinois is an eligible state -- not that I am stumping ..just curious as to why we would be left out as I have gotten referrals before...

We bought some, mostly for fun, but it's gone from $25 to $30 since then, and they sent us a check for dividends.

Some how I managed to overlook Illinois in the list. So vbdad and ChiMike ARE eligible. Who knows... I was maybe looking for the state of Chicago and didn't find it. ;-)
