I don't think that it would be appropriate to have an actual physical cache hidden somewhere on Disney property, especially (as others have mentioned) with public safety concerns. There is another option, though, and that is the "virtual cache." That's when someone finds just a particular spot that seekers are supposed to track down. (And maybe those looking for it need to take a picture or come up with some other proof to show that they were there.) I know that Disneyland has a number of these and Mom and I found one on our last trip.
