And the individuals who have indicated it's happening are not delusional, but rather are some of the most critical of wdw management.

Overall, the WDW Haunted Mansion looked like it just needed a good three week rehab to get it back in the shape it was in during '07. Pirates at WDW looked like it also needed a three week rehab; jerky animatronics, broken water and moving effects, and muddy audio. Peter Pan at WDW looked like it needed a SIX week rehab; just bad and tired all over. Just my .02 however.
