And while I feel bad for anyone who loses their job these days, I can't fault Disney for basically reducing this department to a bare bones approach. It had no business being what it was. It was part and parcel of the rise of consultants and MBAs with The Mouse. If Disney truly doesn't know why people visit its parks and resorts and what they expect, then they can hire some of us to tell them. ~Can I ask you a few questions?~
