In fact, only 15% of the population in this country have them. 36% of those 18 to 29 have them. Young and stoopid and still in the minority. These people were also the subject of a recent post here in which they are trying to get rid of them in ever growing numbers. Then look at the number of people in prison with them. It's simply not a sign of a really bright mind. This is off topic, anyway.
